The vision for technology at Banquete Independent School District is to provide students with the knowledge and the tools that they need to be prepared and productive members of the workforce in the 21st century. It is also our belief that the community is an important element in preparing our students for the future. Our vision is for a community that fully supports technology learning in our schools.

The technology mission for Banquete I.S.D. is to maintain an infrastructure that enhances the curriculum and instructional delivery, thereby providing equal opportunity for increased achievement for all students.

Goals

1           All students will increase achievement, expand learning experiences, and create new knowledge through the use of technology as an empowerment tool.

2           All teachers will use technology resources creatively and proficiently in all areas of instruction and productivity.

3           All network infrastructure and other equipment will be upgraded, maintained, and expanded to keep pace with instructional use requirements and technological advancements.

4.    All community members will fully supports technology learning in our schools.
